We will be hosting a men's NCAA March Madness tournament on ESPN.com; entries are $20 each. To join, you can fill out the form below. You will receive an email with payment and sign up instructions.

The winner will receive 50% of the entry fees and the other 50% will be donated to the Knights of Columbus general fund to support local charities and future events.
