Grand Knights Report:
· Please welcome Our Newest Member Michael J. Cornaglia Sr. who joins us from Our Home Parish ! We are looking to Hold an Exemplification for him relatively soon and currently looking at dates that are available.
· My Apologies on missing Feburbarys Meeting as this month proved to be one of the Toughest since taking over as Grand Knight – I resigned from Tree work position, a Physically Exausting and Tough Job which consumed entirely too of my much time. Gratfully I was able to size up the situation and make the call quickly before losing an more precious time.
· What a Wonderful job we have been doing especially during the Month of February and Happy and Grateful in being apart of this Council.
· Please let me know when anyone is available for a Zoom call / Phone call as it will be Nice to hear from you and see you all for the March Meeting – God Willing.
· I am looking forward to reaching out to Fr. Nick for Our Round Table Program regarding Annunication Parish and Hoping to Formally add them under our Council with the From 2696

· March Madness: Come join your fellow brothers in the March Madness challenge! It is only $10 to play and the winner will receive 50% of the total and our council will get the other 50%. Entrance fees can be paid via Venmo @KOC283.
· Website Updates: Check out our website, KofC283Philly.org, specifically the members page for a few updates. 1- reminder for council dues and 2- information about Epiphany of Our Lord's Brick Fundraiser for the Prayer Garden. The password for the members page is "SanSalvador"

Our state secretary Ray McLaughlin is finishing his term representing our region on the state level this June. There will be a celebration on Saturday evening March 12th at the Desmond Hotel. Contact Nick Marcantonio for tickets at nickpgk61@yahoo.com. The cost is $70 per person.
· THE 2ND ANNUAL PHILADELPHIA MARCH FOR LIFE
The 2nd Annual Philly March for Life will take place on Saturday, March 26th. The Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia is looking for help with set up, clean up, ushers, and marshalls to make the event a success. If you are interested, please contact Tom Stevens at TSteven@prolifeunion.org. The flyer for the annual event is attached.
· MAN UP PHILLY
Former State deputy George Koch spoke about the annual Man Up Philly conference that will take place on Saturday, March 19th at Immaculata University 1145 King road. When registering, use promo code KOFC2022 for a 10% discount. There may also be a potential degree exemplification following the conference. I'll pass on details when they are set in stone. I am also attaching a flyer for your churches just in case.
· EAST CAUCUS
By now you should've received information regarding the East Caucus taking place on Sunday, March 20th. Check-in time is 12PM. The beginning of the east region business is 1 PM. Please turn in your paperwork by March 10th. The event is held at Monsignor Schuyler Council 110 West Market Street in West Chester, PA. I am attaching the letter that must be completed by March 10th. This event is critical as we are tabbed to elect the next State Deputy. The candidates are Michael Kish and Jim McCarthy. My pick is Mike Kish.
· FOUNDER'S MASS
· The Cathedral will host a founder's Mass for our order on Saturday, April 2nd at 5:15 PM. Bring your council members and your family to this. We hope we can pack the church that evening.
· 4th DEGREE
There will be a 4th Degree Exemplification on Saturday, June 4th. If you have brothers in the 3rd degree or about to be, they are eligible to receive it. They would need to fill out Form 4. If you need it, let me know and I will send them to you in the coming days. You may also order forms from the Supreme store if needed. Contact Joe Paoletti for more information and to also send him a list of your council's candidates with working emails at master.pa.east@gmail.com.

· Create a New Holding Account for Funds | This idea was presented to the Council by our newly appointed Deputy Grand Knight | Brother John offers that we pay monthly between the Officers to help subsidize Special Events.
· Established Chairman for The Parish Clean Up Iniciative – WGK Bro. Michael A.
· Committee Established for 125th Anniversary Party – WDGK | Worthy Chaplin | Bro. Mike W. | WOSG, Bro. John Hoffman get a point per for head up.
· Establishment of New Financial Vehicle via VENMO. WPGK Bro. John took for action and account up and running as of 24-Nov-2021

· Council Communication will now Expand to the Council Site which is Password Protected for All Council Members.
· The Council Meetings will be Audio Recorded and then Written and Recorded
