Chaplin’s Report:
We will be Happy to have the Knights in any capacity show their presence at the Home Parish. Greeters are welcome as would the Parishionsers be grateful. So Many Parishioners looks to sell so many different things at the Church and the Council is welome to bring their ideas.
Cindy is standing by for any Families in need of Gift cards. These Gift Cards will be Primarly from Shop Rite, Giant, Super Fresh. These
Officer Reports:
Ø TREASURER REPORT – Has been Hospitalized and working to get better. There is No New income to report. The Foot Ball Sweeps was not a success. We will work on the Communication within the Officers and the Council moving forward.
o COAL Sales will be back this Winter and stand by for more information.

· Create Write up for Rose Event to be Communicated at Baptism
· K Of C Letter Head Personal Letter Presented to the Family | Provide Rosary | Provide Wooden Crucifix attached to Wooden Block with Baptized Members Name.
First, Regarding the Rose Program :
I would like to put in Motion for the Establishment of a Committee. This report regarding the Rose Event will have several key elements to include: What | How | When | Who | Debrief | Feedback and lastly, Transparency.
This committee will Create the Verbiage for the Rose Event during the Baptism's as well as: What other Items we will presented to the Newly Baptized Child and Family. How the items will be presented | When in the Ceremony the Letter will be read and the Presentation will start. | Who will be the Presenter.| I also, I want to implement a Key Piece which is to Debrief. This is where a conversation takes place after the Baptism and e-mail is sent to the Officers providing Status - Good, Bad or Indifferent so we can continually fine tune the process moving forward. Please Note: To add any Feedback which you might receive from the Family or participants. In, being Transparent, to please and Always copy Our Worthy Chaplin, Fr. Casey with any e-mails routed to the Council Officers regarding this event specially.
Parrish Clean Up Initiative:
We plan on Reaching out to the Pastors and or Shrine Directors in asking if they need support via Ushers, Clean up crew or just a General Presence. (At the Direction of the Pastor). Fr. Casey you will be the first on the Board and I have also reached out to Fr. Dominic of St. Thomas Aquinas.
· Fr. Casey has a Maintenance Man who does Trash around the Parish and there is No Need for the Knights to move further on with this the Parish.
· We will now Focus The Councils attention to St. Thomas Aquinas on 17th and Morris and the Half Street in the North Corner by the Auinas Center Entrance.
I would like to put into Motion the Creation of a Committee to help Worthy Chancellor and Bro. Biagio with 125th Anniversary Party
a) There is No Venue as of Now – Possible Locations as of this Council meeting will be St. Marys De Patsey Hall.
b) There are No Dates
c) There are No Times
d) The Members of the Committee will be Fr. Casey | Bro. John Hoffman | WDGK Bro. Jon Tamarin
Rosary Rally Event's: will start in the near future - If anyone is interested.
This could be done via Zoom similar to the Online Masses. They are Real and Effective.
This can be done from Any Church preferably Epiphany of Our Lord with Fr. Casey.

I want to Acquire a Good Place where they use 100% Real Crab Meat and Nice Large Patty's
Pre-Orders will be the Weekend Before and Advertised in the Bulletins | We get the Count | We place the Order and we do a Markup that the Committee Agrees Upon. Simply put this will provide some Revenue.
I will be Picking up the Orders and will have the Cooler Available and can bring them to Epiphany of Our Lords
Concerns:
Pricing may be high during this particular season
It may be Difficult in getting Large Orders

The request shown below is coming from the State Vocations Chairman, Richard Seman.
He is trying to get a up to date listing of all of the Seminarians, Postulates and Novices being supported via the RSVP program by our individual Councils. He is trying to see if there are any additional Seminarians that can be helped by this program.
Please contact your Councils and have them forward this information to my attention using the subject line of RSVP support at jag1020@verizon.net. I will consolidate the information and get it forwarded to the State Vocations Chairman.
Mark Dusing, if you can get a listing of the Seminarians at St. Charles and for what diocese they are studying for it would be a big help also.

Bro. Michael Our Field Agent is a Board Member, and we will have a Table set up with just the Seal of the Order and No Specific Council. I will be working the table and event, and anyone is welcomed to Join
· Switching Financial Intuitions |Look for Guidance from Bro. Michael Osowiecki our Field Agent for Guidance. We want to ensure that withdrawing the Funds does not expose the Profits to Taxation. Also, to ensure the Transfer of Funds is Seamless into Ave Maria Funds Institution.
· Create a New Holding Account for Funds | This idea was presented to the Council by our newly appointed Deputy Grand Knight | Brother John offers that we pay monthly between the Officers to help subsidize Special Events.
