Ø FINANCIAL SECRETARY REPORT – We need to start talking about Fund Raising for the Council.

Ø TREASURER REPORT – Brother John Sent 3rd Week in Sept.

o The Training link above provides a comprehensive format from link to module. No Login is necessary making this process easy to all those that require the training.

· Create Write up for Rose Event to be Communicated at Baptism

· K Of C Letter Head Personal Letter Presented to the Family | Provide Rosary | Provide Wooden Crucifix attached to Wooden Block with Baptized Members in Name Burned onto a Template providing a Quality Standard for the Future events. Requesting that Our Worthy Chaplin, Fr. Casey create / provide the prayer as a part of the Veribage moving forward. I would like each Officer or Council member who is intestsed in this Project to make themselves avaialabe for input as well.

· Bro. Lou Baldwin…. From: DeSoto Council # 315 is not in Good Shape and in Honor of Bro. Lou I thought it would be a Good Activity to Visit Orphanages in Honor of him. Providing an Opportunity for outreach to Children who are in need. These children who are in unique hardships as they await a family to accept them into their home and families. That would be a Wonderful platform to work off of in establishing Real, True and lasting relationships for Children in need. Looking to reach out to the West Philly Councils for initial contact and guidance.

· We can also reach out to Catholic Social Services for additional Guidance moving forwarded as mentioned by WPGK, Bro. John.

· YCP Philly AKA - Young Catholic Philly Event Saturday 21-Aug-2021 at 6pm/18:00

Bro. Michael Our Field Agent is a Board Member, and we will have a Table set up with just the Seal of the Order and No Specific Council. I will be working the table and event, and anyone is welcomed to Join

· Switching Financial Intuitions |Look for Guidance from Bro. Michael Osowiecki our Field Agent for Guidance. We want to ensure that withdrawing the Funds does not expose the Profits to Taxation. Also, to ensure the Transfer of Funds is Seamless into Ave Maria Funds Institution.

· Create a New Holding Account for Funds | This idea was presented to the Council by our newly appointed Deputy Grand Knight | Brother John offers that we pay monthly between the Officers to help subsidize Special Events.
